A Naloxone Workshop was held at the UU Church of Olinda after the International Dinner on Sunday, March 24. It was led by Brandon Bailey together with Tammy Drew and Rachel Foote. Naloxone kits were made available and their proper use in opioid drug overdose interventions discussed. Donations from the dinner raised over $400 in support for the group, the Windsor Overdose Prevention Society (“Windsor OPS”).
Ode to Joy
November 12th, 2018 . by William BaylisChurch members and visitors to the Memorial Day service on Sunday, November 11, 2018, were treated to a rendition of Beethoven’s Ode to Joy on the musical saw, expertly performed by our minister, the Reverend Rod Solano-Quesnel.

UUOlinda celebrates Orange T-shirt Day, 30 Sept. 2018

 Many members of the UU Church of Olinda wore orange T-shirts on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018, in support of indigenous/non-indigenous reconciliation.
